All of my wedding cakes are vegetarian. I can also make gluten free and dairy free cakes. If you have a special dietary request, please just ask. Please be aware that I use nuts, soya, sesame and celery in my kitchen so cannot guarantee any cakes are free from traces.

Lemon and Raspberry

Light lemon sponge drizzled with lemon syrup then filled with raspberry buttercream and lemon curd.

Buttery Almond sponge with vanilla buttercream and morello cherry conserve

Spiced carrot cake with a hint of orange, filled with delicious Madagascan vanilla buttercream

Salted caramel

Brown sugar sponge layered with homemade salted caramel and caramel buttercream

Fruit cake

Rich fruit cake laced with brandy, covered in a layer of rich almond marzipan.

Strawberry, prosecco & white chocolate

A decadent sponge cake drizzled with prosecco syrup, layered with strawberry conserve and white chocolate buttercream.

Pistachio and Raspberry

Delicious pistachio cake with raspberry buttercream and seedless raspberry consserve.

Apple, cinnamon and caramel

Apple sponge delicately spiced with cinnamon, sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream and home made caramel.

Gin, tonic and lime

Sponge cake flavoured with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Fevertree Tonic and layered with a gin and lime buttercream.
